Head of M&G diary scheduling, running & related Administration Processes.
Tracey joined the company in 2006.
Tracey is the first point of contact for most customers when they ring us.
She is crucial to the every day running of M&G’s bookings, complicated diary and booking systems and manages and processes all move related paperwork. She is the first lady in, and often the last to leave.
Diligent, tough, unfailingly polite, considerate and empathetic with customers she has a warm, friendly demeaner and many, many thousands of customers have found her to be the reassuring, calming influence they crave after the frustrations of dealing with Coveyancers and Solicitors.
M&G would not be where it is today, and absolutely would not have quite the astounding reputation it enjoys without Tracey.
Mention must be made too that Tracey has, during her time here performed full packing services and indeed effected home moves. In the past she has played an integral role in the ‘Packer of Year’ Competition for the MoversandStorers Show. When she advises or talks on the subject of moving home, she’s worth listening to!
