Here are the most recently returned questionnaires from our customers. They are dated by us (top corner), scanned and uploaded onto here so you can see how we are doing. Without genuine feedback we wouldn’t be able to improve as a company, or learn what we’re doing right – to us it is invaluable.
Our system for customer reviews and feedback is simple, and honest. Somewhere in between two days and one month after the move is completed, a questionnaire is sent out with a stamped addressed envelope, to be returned to us. Once received back the envelope is opened by either Matt or Paul, has the date received entered on the top corner, and is then handed to either Donna or Tracey to be scanned and uploaded directly to the site.
The feedback is genuine, and in reception we have questionnaire / customer review forms dating all the way back to 1999, although it might take you a while to read all of them! However, you are welcome to try…..
We meet some lovely people, and many are kind enough to send thank-you cards, which is always greatly appreciated. There are rather a lot and we could devote our entire website to them, but here is a selection – the rest are on display in reception (if you can’t see them below please go back to M&G Customer Reviews and make sure you select page 1, as you can’t view ‘Thank-you cards’ if you went onto pages 2, 3 or 4 of our customer reviews, sorry about that!).
